Event Overview

Building trusted data foundations for AI-ready banking

Egypt's leading banks are entering a new phase of data and AI transformation. The pressure is no longer simply to produce more dashboards or reports. Banks now need reliable, governed, and explainable data foundations that can support executive decision-making, regulatory confidence, and the next generation of AI-enabled banking.

Yet many financial institutions still face a familiar challenge: critical data remains fragmented across core banking, finance, risk, customer, digital, and operational systems. Executives often struggle with inconsistent KPI definitions, slow reporting cycles, reconciliation effort, and limited trust in the data used for high-impact decisions.

This challenge becomes even more critical as banks explore AI. AI initiatives cannot deliver trusted outcomes if the underlying data is incomplete, delayed, poorly governed, or disconnected from source systems. For banks operating under strict data governance, security, and residency expectations, the question is not only how to adopt AI, but how to do so without compromising control over sensitive banking data.

This closed-door executive boardroom, hosted by Incorta, will bring together senior data, technology, and AI leaders from Egypt's largest banks to discuss how financial institutions can build trusted, AI-ready data foundations while maintaining strong governance and deployment control.

The discussion will explore how banks can improve data reliability, create certified KPI definitions, reduce dependency on complex ETL pipelines, and enable governed analytics and AI use cases across regulatory reporting, risk visibility, profitability analysis, customer intelligence, and operational performance.
