Sunny is an International Taxation and Transfer Pricing professional with 15 years of experience. He is Asia-Pacific Transfer Pricing Leader at Aibidia Ltd. Sunny has significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, and Information Technology sector. He has assisted clients in designing transfer pricing policies, analysing BEPS implications, intercompany financial transactions and three-tier transfer pricing documentation. Further, he has also assisted clients with dispute resolution, including Advanced Pricing Agreements. At Aibidia, he assists clients in digitalising and automating transfer pricing compliance. Before joining Aibidia, Sunny worked mainly with PwC and KPMG in India. Sunny has authored 3 books on tax and transfer pricing. He also regularly contributes an article to internationally renowned publications such as IBFD, Tax Notes, Thomson Reuters, and Taxmann. Sunny has also contributed extensively to books and guidance notes published by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
