Rajat is a founding partner at Bayshore Consulting. He has more than seventeen (17) years of experience in handling direct (including transfer pricing) and indirect taxes (including Customs laws, Indian GST, and UAE VAT regimes). Rajat has been engaged in assisting numerous clients (multinationals and Indian business houses) as regards transitioning to GST in India and VAT in the UAE. He has authored several articles in umpteen publications and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences in India and in the UAE. Rajat has advised various Fortune 500 Companies in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, oil and gas, infrastructure projects, renewable energy and food processing, among others. Rajat has worked as a Partner (Indirect tax) at Economic Laws Practice, a Tier-I Indian Law Firm. He has also worked with other reputed organizations such as BMR Advisors, Reliance Industries Limited and SpiceJet Limited. Rajat is a Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). He is also a law graduate (India) and has done his Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University (India).
